Brian Jackson College are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Learning and Behaviour Support Workers. The role is to support pupil development by contributing to the pupils’ educational, social, and developmental curriculum, participating in its delivery as a member of a coordinated team.

The successful candidate will support the teacher with small groups to address the needs of all pupils, aged 13-16 Years old, all of which need help with behaviour management and self-regulation to overcome barriers to learning.
Working together with a coordinated team you will be providing pupils with an opportunity to develop personally, academically, and emotionally to allow our young people to achieve their full potential.
